Spider Life cycle
OverviewThe life cycle of spiders
In most spiders, the eggs are placed in an egg sac. This egg sac is a sac spun by the female. Once hatched, the small animals remain in the egg sac for about a week. They then feed on the remainder of the egg yolk, but sometimes they also eat weaker brothers and sisters. After they come out of the egg sac, they often stay with the mother for some time.
